PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can be easily provided with a heat radiation member and is capable of satisfactorily radiating heat. SOLUTION: A display device 1 comprises a liquid crystal display device 2 being display equipment, a circuit board 3 for driving the liquid crystal display device 2, and a case 4 storing the liquid crystal display device 2 and the circuit board 4. In the display device 1, a heat radiation member 5 covering an aperture 13 opened on the case 4 is provided, and an extension forming part 19 which is brought into contact with the liquid crystal display device 2 through the aperture 13 is formed in the heat radiation member 5 and is provided under the circuit board 3.
