PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an extract including an antigen or an antibody in high concentration quickly and simply with excellent reproducibility. SOLUTION: A chamber for supplying liquid to be filtered is communicated with a filtrate discharge port having a hole and/or a notch communicating the inner surface side with the outer surface side through a filtration film, and specimen fluid is filtered by a filter equipped with a negative pressure means on the upstream of the chamber for supplying the liquid to be filtered, and a retaining object of an antigen or an antibody is captured on the filtration film. Then, the inside of the filter is set to have a negative pressure by the negative pressure means, and a solution for extraction is sucked from the filtrate discharge port and allowed to flow backward in the filter, to thereby manufacture the extract of the antigen or the antibody.
