PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain dehumidifying and drying method and its device using fixed-humidity drying air generated in a simple way for drying grain with high quality while effectively utilizing solar heat. SOLUTION: Three lines of drying boxes 2 are arranged in a drying chamber 13 formed by partitioning a greenhouse 1 and drying treatment is given to each of the three lines of drying boxes 2 for about three days. In this case, high-humidity exhaust air on the first day for drying treatment, medium-humidity exhaust air on the second day for drying treatment and low-humidity exhaust air on the third day for drying treatment are mixed, and the mixed exhaust air is heated by a solar light receiving sheet 10 or a heater to generate fixed-humidity drying air. The fixed-humidity drying air is blown as grain drying air from a drying blower 4 via a blow duct 3 to the drying boxes 2 for dehumidifying and drying the grain and then circulated as high- or low-humidity exhaust air from the drying chamber 13 to a light receiving dew condensation chamber 14 and a blower chamber 15 for recycling.
