PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing device equipped not only with the cutting function as conventional but also a manual cutting function to make cutting selectively. SOLUTION: A sheet cutting device B is furnished with a transporting/aligning unit to supply a sheet bundle P3, an ejection hole 210 to eject the sheet bundle cut by a trimmer unit D for cutting the sheet bundle, transport belts 309, 310, 320, 321 whereby the sheet bundle is carried into the trimmer unit from the transporting/aligning unit and ejected from the ejection hole and also the sheet bundle supplied from the ejection hole is carried into the trimmer unit, and a CPU able to selectively execute the normal cutting mode in which the sheet bundle supplied from the transporting/aligning unit is cut by the trimmer unit and ejected from the ejection hole by the transporting/aligning unit and the manual cutting mode in which the sheet supplied from the ejection hole is cut by the trimmer unit and ejected from the ejection hole by the transporting/aligning unit.
