PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for delivering solid products (6) into respective cup portions (8) of a traveling product-forming strip (7), wherein the device can dispose of damaged products without marring production. SOLUTION: The device for delivering the solid products, has a hanging member (9) for filling the solid products, at a location above the traveling product-forming band (7), which hanging member is provided with product chutes (1) for accommodating therein the products stacked on each other. Then a lever (2) is arranged at an exit (4) of each product chute (1) on a downstream side of the product-forming strip (7) in a traveling direction, and the lever (2) is swingingly movable in parallel with the product-forming strip (7) and about a rotary shaft (10) arranged perpendicularly to the traveling direction of the product-forming strip (7).
