PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article storage device for a vehicle having a sense of high quality by automating opening and closing of a bellows type door. SOLUTION: This article storage device for the vehicle is furnished with a storage box main body 20 an upper part of which is open, a bellows type door 21 made of a plurality of door pieces free to open and close the open part by sliding along a guide groove 27 formed on the storage box main body 20, an energizing means to energize the bellows type door 21 in the opening (or closing) direction and a heart cam type locking device 26 to lock at a position where the bellows type door 21 is totally closed (or totally opened).
