PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liner insert tool, a liner insert device and a liner insert method, properly mounting a liner on a propeller shaft without twisting even when the rear end part of the liner is passed through the reduced diameter part of a tube to insert the liner. SOLUTION: A plurality of claw parts 12 are disposed at equal spaces in the circumferential direction of the insert part 9 at the distal end of the insert part 9, and the tip of each claw part 12 is energized toward the radial direction of the insert part 9 by a compression coiled spring 23. Thus, the tip of each claw part 12 is pushed and expanded in the radial direction of the propeller shaft tube 2 depending on the inside diameter of the propeller shaft tube 2. Accordingly, the rear end part of the liner is pushed to the liner regulating position by the respective claw parts 12 to be properly mounted on the propeller shaft 2 without twisting of the liner 3 even if the rear end part of the liner is radially bulged by the reduced diameter part 19 of the propeller shaft tube 2.
