PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise generated at a time of drive of an electromagnetic pump. SOLUTION: A flow-in cap 36 including a flow-in minute hole 37 is externally fitted on a flow-in side end part of cylinder 25 surrounded by electromagnetic coil. A sound proofing case 39 fitted and connected to the flow-in cap 36 is provided. A diameter of the sound proofing case much larger then a flow-in port diameter provided thereon. Consequently, capacity thereof is relatively huge, A sound insulating chamber 38 provided with a small window or dam shape flow passage on a directly mounted obstacle on an axis dividing an inside thereof is constructed.
