PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device of a cylinder head cover capable of sealing between a part inserted into the cylinder head cover of an internal combustion engine and a part insertion port provided in the cylinder head cover for it and being easily handled and having a simple structure, excellent productivity, and excellent sealing property, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A sealing member composed of an annular supporting part and a seal lip part provided at its inner periphery is mounted around the part insertion port of the cylinder head cover and between the cylinder head cover and a lower face of the cylinder head cover.
