PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a safety fitting to a roof with an easy work, enabling to fix the safety fitting to connect a safety rope while more secure mounting of the safety fitting is enhanced than mounting on an edge of the eaves. SOLUTION: A pair of ridge beams 8 on a ridge part of a roof 1 where roof tiles 7 are laid are attached via a ridge top part along the longitudinal direction of the ridge and also a ridge cover 9 is covered over the ridge beams 8. The safety fitting 11 with a safety rope hooking part 10 mounting astride the ridge cover 9 in width direction is placed on the ridge cover 9. From the safety fitting 11 through the ridge cover 9 fastenings such as screws, nails or the like are driven into, so that the safety fitting 11 is mounted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
