PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment vessel, and the like, capable of homogenizing environment without disposing a forcible agitation means. SOLUTION: A pressure vessel 1 is provided with a vessel part 3 which stores a material 27 to be treated, a supply device 5 which supplies treating fluid into the vessel and a discharge device 7 which discharges the treating fluid from the vessel part. The supply device has a plurality of supply ports 17 which open in the vessel part and a first annular homogenizing tube 15 with which the supply ports are communicated. The discharge device has a plurality of exhaust ports 21 which open in the vessel part and a second annular homogenizing tube 19 with which the exhaust ports are communicated.
