PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner capable of activating photocatalysis at a photocatalytic filter. SOLUTION: An ultraviolet radiation unit 10 comprises an ultraviolet lamp case 11 and a rectangular concave reflecting plate 12 covering the ultraviolet lamp case 11. The ultraviolet lamp case 11 is further composed of a rectangular storage case 11b housing a power source for generating high voltage, a control board for controlling the power source, or the like, and a U-shaped ultraviolet lamp 11a arranged protrudingly from the front of the storage case 11b.
