PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and precisely perform a bone reset surgery in a bone fracture treatment apparatus. SOLUTION: This bone fracture treatment apparatus is provided with a nail 2 formed with a plurality of screw holes 1 at a predetermined interval and being inserted in the bone marrow, a tool 4 formed with guide holes 3a and 3b rightly opposed to the screw holes in the nail and detachably connected to the nail, a traction slider 5 attached to the tool slidably in parallel to the nail, a first insertion wire rod 6 to be stabbed into one bone part A from the traction slider side, a second insertion wire rod 7 inserted into the screw holes of the nail by penetrating the other bone part B from the guide holes of the tool, and screws 8, after the first insertion wire rod is pulled to the second insertion wire rod by the traction slider, threadedly inserted into the respective screw holes of the nail from the respective bone parts. The traction slider pulls the first insertion wire rod to the second insertion wire rod, and the bone parts are separated to the original positions and fixed to the nail with the screws.
