PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smaller and surer fishhook-storing box than conventional fishhook-storing boxes which are large and are troublesome to handle. SOLUTION: A method for storing fishhooks and lures for spinning squids is simplified and downsized. In a case of spinning squids as shown in the figure, a fishhook with a line has a total length of about 25 to 26 cm, when folded up and carried, and the folded portion is extended to give a total length of about 38 cm, when used. Seven to fifteen fishhooks are stored in a plastic cylinder having an inner diameter of about 2 cm. In order to smoothly take out the fishhooks, the lures and the fishhooks are stored in the cylinder, and the lines are nipped with clamps having spring effects and disposed in response to the number of the fishhooks in the rear portion. The nipped lines can smoothly forward be moved. The size of 25 to 26 cm makes it possible to easily store the plastic cylinders in a cooler box for fishing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
