The invention relates to a Golgi apparatus regenerated in vitro, comprising at least one glycosyltransferase and/or at least one sulphotransferase from mammalian cells naturally possessing the ability to carry out glycolisations close to human cells, obtained by precipitation with a lectin. The invention further relates to a method for preparation in vitro of said Golgi apparatus, a method for preparation of osidic compounds using such a Golgi apparatus and a kit for preparation of the osidic compound.
