DHA-CONTAINING NUTRITIONAL COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nutritional composition expected to decrease the cost of a marine product food cultured in a fish farm if enabling the supply of sufficient DHA to fry young fish to increase the survival ratio of the fry young fish.

SOLUTION: This nutritional composition comprises a particulate substance prepared by drying slurry containing a polar lipid extract from a docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)-containing microorganism and an arachidonic acid (ARA)-containing microorganism, and containing a phospholipid having DHA residue and ARA residue.
