<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for delivery of a cell phone email that especially delivers an email including privilege information provided in particular weather such as rain. <P>SOLUTION: The mail delivery method acquires forecast data via a meteorological information reception means 16, analyzes the forecast data to save meteorological information about each area and time in a meteorological information saving means 19, acquires an e-mail address of a user to which an e-mail message should be delivered, acquires target area data corresponding to the e-mail address, selects target area/target time meteorological information from among the meteorological information about each area and time, acquires privilege information about particular weather, determines whether or not the target area/target time meteorological information includes the particular weather information, and if the target area/target time meteorological information includes the particular weather, creates an email including the privilege information and delivers the email to the e-mail address via a mail delivery means 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
