<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact communication system capable of positively recognizing stored information. <P>SOLUTION: The non-contact communication system is a storage medium management system 1 having a coil on chip 22 readably storing management information, and a reader-writer device 15 reading the management information by non-contact communication with the coil on chip 22. It is provided with a storage medium 21 attached to the coil on chip 22, and a housing case 13 housing the storage medium 21.
