<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed type control apparatus capable of preventing a large factor for an operator for missing an important alarm or the like and avoiding trouble imposed on an operator not needing a notice because the same alarm or message is produced from occurrence of the same event at all times. <P>SOLUTION: A notice processing table 13 wherein the presence/absence, a kind, and contents or the like of a notice to the same incident event are properly set to each operator or each group including a plurality of operators is generated in advance. The operator inserts a person identification card to a card reader 5 in the case of making an operation, an operator identification section 14 identifies the operator or the operator group on the basis of information read by the card reader 5 and gives identification information to a notice control section 12. When an incident event analysis processing section 11 recognizes an incident event on the basis of a signal received from a terminal 17, the notice control section 12 collates the incident event and the operator identification information on the basis of the table 13 to recognize the presence/absence and the kind of the notice, and executes message display and a voice message output via a display control section 16 and a sound control section 17 as required. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
