<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic cooker capable of further improving a function of retaining temperature of a pan at a target temperature, comparing with a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic cooker 100 is provided with a coil conduction control circuit 11 for controlling power supplied to a heating coil fitted at an underside of a plate, a thermistor 4 detecting temperature of the plate, a temperature detecting circuit 12, and a temperature varying quantity detection circuit 13 detecting a varying quantity per a given time unit of the temperature detected by the temperature detecting circuit 12. The coil conduction control circuit 11 lowers a power value when a temperature detected by the temperature detecting circuit 12 is higher than an upper limit value of a control target temperature range and an absolute value of a positive varying quantity detected by the temperature varying value detecting circuit 13 is not less than a first value, and raises the power when a temperature detected by the temperature detecting circuit 12 is lower than a lower limit value of the control target temperature range and an absolute value of a negative varying quantity detected by the temperature varying quantity detected is not less than a second value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
