PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging laminated film to be easily torn such that a packaging bag formed from the packaging laminated film can easily be opened. SOLUTION: The laminated film comprises, in order of external layer serving as the outside of the package to internal layer on which an item to be packaged is placed, at least a base material film layer 11, a polyolefin resin layer 12, a metal foil layer 13, and a layer 14 of ethylene copolymer having comonomer with a content of 5 to 15 wt%. The layers are bonded together by an extrusion lamination method, in which a resin composing the polyolefin resin layer 12 and a resin composing the layer 14 of ethylene copolymer 14 are each melted and extruded, so that the total thickness of the packaging laminated film is 40 to 150μm.
