PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unique micro explosive system capable of starting reaction with small initial energy and free of reaction interruption, while considering easy measuring efficiency or uniform loading efficiency in manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: The micro explosive system comprises a combination of a structure fabricated with MEMS machining technology and chemically combined powders having explosion points of 240°C or lower.
