PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct-view-type reflective display device which displays a highly precise picture with extremely low power consumption. SOLUTION: The direct-view-type reflective display device is characterized by sticking a front plate composed of a film substrate with a transparent electrode layer and a display medium to a rear plate composed of a silicon substrate with a built-in driving circuit.
