摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably cool a rotor blade 14 and decrease pressure loss without impairing the load capacity of a blade root part 20. SOLUTION: The root part 20 of the rotor blade 14 includes a front edge conduit part 42, the central conduit part 44 and a rear edge conduit part 46, wherein cooling air currents 91, 93, 95 flow into a cavity through the route part 20. The respective conduit parts 42, 44, 46 have the center lines 58, 74, 88. An intake port 48 of the front edge conduit part 42 has a front face spread from the center line 58, a negative pressure surface, a positive pressure surface, and a rear face 52 converged toward the center line 58. An intake port 64 of the central conduit part 44 has a negative pressure surface spread from the center line 74, a positive pressure surface, a front face 72 and a rear face 70 parallel to the center line 74. An intake port 78 of the rear edge conduit part 46 has a negative pressure surface spread from the center line 88 of the rear edge conduit part 46, a positive pressure surface, a front face 82 parallel to the center line 88 and a rear face 80.
