PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically operated mirror device which is used by sharing an actuator even when the mirror size is increased or decreased. SOLUTION: The electrically operated mirror device has a pair of electric motors 11, 11, a pair of ring gears 12, 12 which are engaged with a worm 111 to be connected to a rotary shaft of the electric motor 11 and have a female screw part 122 inside, and a pair of adjustors 13, 13 which have a male screw part 133 to be screw-coupled with the female screw part 122 and are put into a reciprocal straight motion according to the rotational motion of the ring gear 12. An integrated and modularized actuator 1 is installed at an actuator storage part 33 of an attachment 3.
