PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line beam projection device enabling a worker for operating a cutter to cut a material to be cut according to a dimension. SOLUTION: The line beam projection device 10 is equipped with a semiconductor laser 12, a focusing lens unit 14, a half mirror 22, a mirror 24 and a rod lens 18. A part of the laser beam 20 passed through the focusing lens unit 14 transmits through the half mirror 22 to project one cutting indication line on the material to be cut. Further, the laser beam reflected from the half mirror 22 is further reflected by the mirror 24 to project another cutting indication line on the material to be cut. That is, two line beams are projected on the material to be cut to display the cutting indication line of a blade. Furthermore, the line beam projection device 10 is equipped with a line beam adjusting means capable of adjusting the positions of two cutting indication lines to parallelly display them and capable of adjusting the width cut by the blade to the same.
