<p>The homogenous highly-collimated UV illumination system (10) has a rod-shaped UV lamp (1) with a parabolic reflector (2). The light beam (U1) is reflected from a plane mirror (6). It passes through a beam homogenization device (3). The homogenized beam (U2) is reflected from a plane mirror (M3), and enters a collimator (4) with a hyperboloid convex off-axis mirror (M2) and a paraboloid concave off-axis mirror (M1). The collimated beam (U3) falls on the illumination plane.</p> |
