<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work for assembling a planetary gear reduction gear mechanism in a housing. <P>SOLUTION: A peripheral edge part of a plate 20 structuring a planetary gear reduction gear mechanism 16 of a first stage is provided with two notch parts 20C, and a peripheral edge part of a carrier 25 structuring a planetary gear reduction gear mechanism 22 of a second stage is provided with two notch parts 25H. With this structure, when assembling the planetary gear reduction gear mechanism 22 in a housing 12, a worker can stably hold the whole of the planetary gear reduction gear mechanism 22 inside the housing 12 by gripping each of the notch parts 25H of the carrier 25, and when assembling the planetary gear reduction gear mechanism 16 in the housing 12, the worker can stably hold the whole of the planetary gear reduction gear mechanism 16 inside the housing 12 by gripping each of the notch parts 20C of the plate 20.
