<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sintered bearing member, improving the transfer performance of a dynamic pressure groove formed in the inner peripheral surface of sintered material, further preventing the occurrence of a sliding mark in pulling out a pin in the case of a three-arc bearing, preventing dynamic pressure from being gone, and having high reliability to be suitable for an information device such as a magnetic disk device. <P>SOLUTION: A sintered material obtained by forming and sintering metal powder is impregnated with water soluble resin solution, subsequently resin solution adhering to the surface of the sintered material is removed to make the surface layer part of the sintered material as sintered ground, and the pores are still sealed with resin outside of the surface layer part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
