<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer image-receiving sheet which exhibits excellent interlaminar bonding properties, enables a homogeneous image with no white patch failure to be obtained, without deteriorating sensitivity and also exhibits excellent image preservability, even if used for a high-speed printer, and a manufacturing method for the thermal transfer image-receiving sheet, and to provide a manufacturing method for the thermal transfer image-receiving sheet, which brings about excellent production efficiency without deteriorating curling properties in a thermal history in a manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: In this thermal transfer image-receiving sheet, a heat insulating layer and an image receiving layer are provided on a base material; an intermediate layer is provided between the heat insulating layer and the image receiving layer; and all layers, which constitute at least a section between the heat insulating layer and the image receiving layer, are formed by an aqueous coating system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
