<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve vibrationproof effect between an outboard motor 2 and a hull 1 and sufficiently reduce vibration transmission to the hull 1 in acceleration and in high speed navigation. <P>SOLUTION: A swivel housing 42 connected to the side of a clamp bracket 3 mounted on the hull 1 and a swivel mechanism 4 made of a swivel shaft 43 axially supported free to rotate by a sliding bearing 44 on its inner periphery, and both of upper and lower ends of the swivel shaft 43 are connected to the outboard motor 2 through vibrationproof mounts 5, 6.
