ILLUMINATION CONTROL METHOD, AND ILLUMINATION CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination control method and an illumination control system putting breath of a user in order by changing lightness of an illumination device, not causing unpleasant feeling nor awaking stimulus to the user when starting the breath order control, contributing to a pleasant sleep and a pleasant wake-up.

SOLUTION: A light dimming period (t1 to t2) gradually reducing brightness of a room is set prior to the start of the period (t2 to t3) periodically changing the lightness of the illumination device.
