PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment to be worn on the upper half of the body, and assisting sweating action of a wearer and enabling the wearer to enjoy the cool of the evening through rapidly discharging outside hot air brought by sweating action of the wearer and accumulated in the inside of the garment.
