PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fully opening wall inspection port device for easily installing the inspection port device, and easily opening and closing an inspection port cover, by using an inexpensive opening frame member, without requiring to use an opening frame member having a special structure, by preventing an opening frame arranged in a wall opening for arranging the inspection port device from appearing in an appearance in a blocking-up state of the inspection port cover. SOLUTION: A support metal fitting 1 is fixed to the four corners of a square opening S in a building wall W, and has a fixing plate part 3 and a spring plate part 4 fixed to opposed one respective opening edges L in the square opening. The spring plate part has the V-shaped edge 8, and is arranged by leaving a space with the opposed other respective opening edges B in the square opening. A V-shaped groove strip 12 is formed outside in a set of opposed respective cover frame members 10a in the inspection port cover 2. When fitting the inspection port cover to the square opening, the V-shaped edge is engaged with the V-shaped groove strip against spring pressure, and the inspection port cover is supported by the square opening.
