PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a ventilator for efficiently performing a thermal caulking work of a welding pin for fixing a locking claw to a case in a short time. SOLUTION: This mounting structure is for the ventilator for blowing air into a cabin. A locking means 8 is constituted of a mounting seat 9 provided on an outer peripheral surface of the case 1a, the welding pin 9c projectingly provided in the mounting seat 9, the locking claw 10 fixed to the mounting seat 9 by thermally caulking the welding pin 9c, and a temporary fastening means for temporarily fastening the locking claw 10 to the mounting seat 9. As a result, the locking claw 10 is temporarily fastened to the mounting seat 9 by the temporary fastening means when fixing the locking claw 10 to the mounting seat 9 by thermally caulking the welding pin 9c and the locking claw 10 does not fall during an assembling work, to efficiently perform the thermal caulking work of the welding pin 9c in a short time.
