PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing instrument in which a heat-shrinkable film and a decorative article 6 are easily removed from and fitted on an inner shaft 3 provided in an outer shaft 1, and a user can arbitrarily replace the decorative article 6 and fix it on the inner shaft 3. SOLUTION: The outer shaft 1 is constituted to be transparent or colored transparent, and the inner shaft 3 is fitted in this outer shaft 1. Then, the decorative article 6 is wound on a mold, and the heat-shrinkable film is covered thereon and shrunk. These decorative article 6 and heat-shrinkable film are removed from the mold and are covered on the inner shaft 3, and the decorative article 6 and the heat-shrinkable film are fixed on the inner shaft 3.
