PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal cleaning implement which can easily remove dust, and which uses a polyurethane composition repeatedly usable any number of times. SOLUTION: This seal cleaning implement uses the polyurethane composition which is obtained by making an isocyanate compound with at least two isocyanate groups react with a polyol compound with at least two hydroxyl groups at an equivalence ratio on the basis that the total number of the isocyanate groups/those of the hydroxyl groups is in the range of 0.6-1.1.
