PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that a successful metallically sheeny finish can be revealed without the generation of cracks in a metallically sheeny layer of a decorative sheet, when an interior finish material such as a fitting material or a furniture material, or a facing decorative material for furniture/utensils such as residential facilities equipment, home appliances or a television set pedestal for a liquid crystal TV set or a plasma TV set, or a decorative material for interior/exterior automotive trims, is manufactured by deep drawing process or three-dimensional shaping process. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet is constituted of a thermoplastic resin base material layer 4, a pattern layer 6 and a transparent thermoplastic resin layer 8. On the surface of the thermoplastic resin base material layer 4, the pattern layer 6 printed on a transfer sheet composed of a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate resin using a printing ink with a metallic sheeny pigment 10 added, is formed by transfer.
