PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a handle seal to a bag or a box for a takeout product having no handle for using the seal as a handle for the bag or the box. SOLUTION: This handle seal 2 attached to a carrying object with no handle for using the same as a handle for the object is provided with an adhesive sheet 3 having an adhesive face provided with an adhesive agent 9, wide securing parts 7 attached to the sheet 3 with a predetermined interval between, and a narrow handle 8 for connecting each of the securing parts 7. An inverted T-shaped cut line 5 is formed along the handle side of the sheet 3, and fold back pieces 5A, 5B are attached to the parts 7 along the line 5 with the adhesive agent 9 thereon for making it difficult for the securing parts 7 to be separated from the sheet 3.
