PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination sleeve and display stand which can be used as a lid or an integration packaging material at transportation and assembled by a simple operation at a sale, has a POP display effect with space-saving, and destroys no function as the lid or the integration packaging material when it is used for packaging again after exhibition. SOLUTION: In the combination sleeve and display stand, a rectangle top plate, an indication front plate, a bottom plate, a back plate and a top piled plate are provided one after another, and the top plate is divided in a slant installation plate and an installation contact plate, and the top piled plate having nearly the same width as the top plate is a tubular object assembled by folding a blank plate, which is divided in a sticking plate, a turn up controlling plate connected to the sticking plate and a folding controlling plate and by sticking the longitudinal side edges of the top plate together, and the slant installation plate and the installation contact plate are folded to form a nearly right angle installation part facing the bottom plate, and the tip of the turn up controlling plate is nearly in contact with the folding line between the bottom plate and the back plate, and the tip part of the folding controlling plate is nearly in contact with the folding line between the bottom plate and the indication front plate.
