PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver's seat supporting device of a vehicle or a ship capable of performing the drive with consistency and safety by preventing the impact energy from being applied directly from a vehicle body or a hull to a seat, a steering wheel, a brake pedal, an accelerator or a brake lever. SOLUTION: A driving box 6 is provided on a vehicle body 11 or a hull. A seat 8 supported by an elastic material 7, a steering wheel 9, a brake pedal 10, and an accelerator or a brake lever are provided in the driving box 6. A suspension 14 consisting of a spring 12 and a hydraulic buffer 13 is interposed between the vehicle body 11 or the hull and the driving box 6. In addition, the steering wheel, the brake pedal, the accelerator or the brake lever are connected to a steering mechanism and a braking mechanism on the vehicle body 11 side or the hull side via electric signals or mechanical signals 15, 16.
