PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer device for a vehicle capable of stably jetting cleaning liquid to a windshield and capable of smoothly laying a hose on the vehicle. SOLUTION: This washer device for the vehicle is constituted by having a washer tank to reserve the cleaning liquid, the hose 21 connected to the washer tank, a washer nozzle connected to the hose 21 and to jet the cleaning liquid to the windshield and a laying member 41 to arrange the hose 21 to the hood side from the side of an engine room. The laying member 41 rotatably supports the hood 52 relative to the engine room 51, and is furnished with a first hinge member 42 and a second hinge member 43 connected free to revolve to the first hinge member 42 by using a connecting shaft member 44. A through hole 44d is formed along a direction of the connecting shaft member 44 on the connecting shaft member 44, and a lead-out part of the hose 21 led out to the hood side from the engine room side is inserted through the through hole 44d.
