PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a healthy cushion which can stretch the back of a user by giving a proper tension to the body of the user, in other words, giving a stretching effect, during its use. SOLUTION: When a user uses this healthy cushion, the healthy cushion 32 is placed on a mattress 31 on the position of the back of the user so that the thicker part of the healthy cushion 32 is closer to the head of the user. When a user 33 lies on the mattress 31, the protruding part of the healthy cushion 32 pressurizes the back bone or thighbones of the user 33. By this, spaces 35 and 36 are formed between the healthy cushion 32 and the user 33 in the direction of the user's head from the protruding part of the healthy cushion. Therefore, these spaces 35 and 36 give a proper strain to the body of the user and stretch the back and legs of the user 33 to bring about a stretching effect.
