PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub cover which has a large heat-insulating capacity by having a low thermal conductivity material, prevents the heat of hot water stored in the bathtub from externally fleeing and keeps the hot water hot for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The bathtub cover has two resin outer plate materials 3 and 3 arranged oppositely in parallel and resin or elastomer edge covering members 2 arranged along the peripheries 30 and 30 of the two outer plate materials 3 and 3, expanded polyurethane U injected into a space 4 formed of the edge covering member 2 and the two outer plate members 3 and 3 and filled and solidified by expanding.
