PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution device for OA equipment that improve the operational reliability of OA equipment and a table for OA equipment using the same. SOLUTION: A top 1, a rear modesty panel 2, right and left leg plates 3 and 3 are combined and a distribution device 4 for OA equipment incorporating a lightening arresting unit for a commercial power supply is incorporated in one of the leg plates 3.
