There is provided means for easily acquiring a content by using an e-mail in an information terminal, especially in a mobile information terminal. An e-mail automatic processing program causes an e-mail automatic processing server (1) to execute: step [1] for acquiring at least one processing keyword from an e-mail (4) received at the e-mail server (1) from an information terminal (3); step [2] for searching scenario definition information according to the at least one processing keyword acquired and acquiring automatic processing information; and step [3] for providing a service in accordance with the at least one processing keyword acquired in step [1].
