A prosthesis fixing structure and a prosthesis fixing method. The prosthesis fixing structure comprises a support stand part (4) buried in a root (2) and having a first groove (8) formed therein around a body, a prosthesis (14) having a fitting part with a second groove (18) formed in the inner surface correspondingly to the first groove (8), and a C-ring (10) fitted to the first groove (8) and the second groove (18) to detachably hold the prosthesis (14) on the support stand part (4).
