<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous display static RAM core cell, a static RAM core cell and a semiconductor element that can be applied to the data drive section of an organic EL luminous display. <P>SOLUTION: A data memory of the data drive section in the luminous display in the luminous display static RAM core cell comprising a plurality of thin film transistors each having a source and a drain, wherein a device is connected to each of bit lines and word lines, is connected to a switching transistor selecting data write or read-out and a power supply voltage (V<SB>dd</SB>) or an earth voltage (V<SB>ss</SB>), and includes a data storage transistor where the data write or read-out is performed, the bit line and word line are formed in a first direction or a second direction, the channel of the switching transistor or of the data storage transistor is formed aslant to the first direction or the second direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
