<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-oriented silicon steel sheet capable of being made low in core loss by sufficiently coarse-growing crystal grains even when an annealing after blanking is performed at a lower temperature in a shorter time. <P>SOLUTION: In this non-oriented silicon steel sheet, the piece density of inclusions with a diameter of the equivalent sphere of <100 nm is ≤1×10<SP>10</SP>[piece/mm<SP>3</SP>]. Further, the steel sheet has a composition containing, by mass, ≤0.01% C, 0.1 to 7.0% Si, 0.1 to 3.0% Al, 0.1 to 2.0% Mn, 0.0003 to 0.05% rare earth metals, ≤0.02% Ti, ≤0.005% S, ≤0.005% N, and the balance iron with inevitable impurities, and in which the mass% of Al shown by [Al], the mass% of N shown by [N] and the mass% of Ti shown by [Ti] satisfy the inequality (1): log([Ti]×[N])-1.19×log([Al]×[N])+1.84>0 (1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
