<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processor for raising visibility relative to an electronic document and additional information when a plurality of kinds of additional information are attached to the same page of the electronic document, and to provide a document processing method and a document processing program. <P>SOLUTION: When a plurality of annotations (additional information) are attached to the same page of the electronic document, an annotation merge discrimination part 27 discriminates whether an annotation where a distance between attachment positions is shorter than a prescribed distance, exists or not on the basis of position information which indicates the attachment positions of the annotations included in annotation information stored in a secondary storage part 25, in timing of inputting a merge indication.
